STATE POLICE
- Douglas Griffin, 58, of Athens, was arrested April 20 at 11:33 p.m. in Athens and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Griffin was issued an appearance ticket.
- Esentyal Khaliq Marius Dewer, 21, of Troy, was arrested April 21 at 1:08 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. Dewer was released on their own recognizance.
- Mustafa Aljohim, 31, of Newburgh, was arrested April 22 at 1:20 a.m. in Cairo and charged with third-degree criminal possession of cannabis, a class A misdemeanor, and operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. Aljohim’s arrest status was not reported.
- Tracy Conner, 47, of Hudson, was arrested April 22 at 10:05 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Conner was issued an appearance ticket.
- Rina Gomez, 44, of Albany, was arrested April 23 at 10:05 a.m. in Coxsackie and charged with two counts of official misconduct/public servant performing illegal function, a class A misdemeanor. Gomez was issued an appearance ticket.
- Jeremiah Simpson, 45, of Cairo, was arrested April 24 at 9:05 a.m. in Athens and charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a class E felony, and second-degree reckless endangerment and resisting arrest, both class A misdemeanors. Simpson was released on his own recognizance.
- An unidentified juvenile, 13, of South Cairo, was arrested April 25 at 4:04 p.m. and charged with promoting a sexual performance by a child less than 17 years of age, a class D felony; second-degree disseminating indecent material to minors, possessing a sexual performance by a child less than 16, and second-degree disseminating indecent material to minors, all class E felonies; and two counts of acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17, a class A misdemeanor. The individual was issued an appearance ticket.
- Christina Mauriello, 39, of Cornwallville, was arrested April 25 at 9:58 p.m. in Durham and charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a class E felony. Mauriello was issued an appearance ticket.
- Bradlee Snyder, 39, of Catskill, was arrested April 26 at 2:16 a.m. in Catskill and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class C felony; seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. Snyder was issued an appearance ticket.
- Cameron Mikal Ortiz, 21, of Leeds, was arrested April 26 at 7:27 p.m. in Cairo and charged with acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17 and fourth-degree ciminal possession of a weapon with intent to use, both class A misdemeanors. Ortiz was taken to central arraignment.
- Anthony Poehmel, 42, of Windham, was arrested April 28 at 11:58 a.m. in Ashland and charged with two counts of petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. Poehmel was issued an appearance ticket.
- Jeremiah Simpson, 45, of Cairo, was arrested April 28 at 11:16 p.m. in Catskill and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors. Simpson was issued an appearance ticket.
- Natasha Montague, 40, of Catskill, was arrested April 28 at 11:16 p.m. in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors. Montague was issued an appearance ticket.
- James Yutesler, 62, of Coxsackie, was arrested April 27 and charged with second-degree criminal mischief, a class D felony, and third-degree menacing, a class B misdemeanor. Yutesler’s arrest status was not reported.
- Robert Simpson, 43, of South Cairo, was arrested April 29 at 7:50 a.m. in Cairo and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, driving while intoxicated and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, all unclassified misdemeanors. Simpson was issued an appearance ticket.
- Alan Wojcio, 39, of Kingston, was arrested May 1 at 8:59 a.m. in Cairo and charged with petty larceny and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both class A misdemeanors. Wojcio was released on his own recognizance.
- Katherine Moreira, 43, of East Durham, was arrested May 1 at 8:56 a.m. in Cairo and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. Moreira was released on her own recognizance.
- David Charles Bundy III, 21, of Catskill, was arrested May 2 at 1:03 a.m. in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated, a class B attempted misdemeanor, and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, an unclassified misdemeanor. Bundy was issued an appearance ticket.
- Kevin Michael Hasbrouck, 23, of Climax, was arrested May 2 at 11:29 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, a class A misdemeanor. Hasbrouck was issued an appearance ticket.
