STATE POLICE

  • Marcus Vlasaty, 20, of Leeds, was arrested March 22 at 10:42 a.m. in Cairo and charged with acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17, a class A misdemeanor. Vlasaty was issued an appearance ticket.
  • F.A. Sciancalepore, 34, of Cairo, was arrested March 22 at 12:40 p.m. in Hunter and charged with third-degree assault/recklessly causing physical injury, a class A misdemeanor. Sciancalepore was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Steven Vaughan, 29, of Catskill, was arrested March 22 at 4:35 p.m. in Catskill and charged with one count of third-degree mischief/damaging another person’s property and two counts of first-degree criminal contempt/violating an order of protection, both class E felonies, and one count of second-degree reckless endangerment, a class A misdemeanor. Vaughan was issued cash bail in an undisclosed amount.
  • Tyler Bianchi, 32, of Ghent, was arrested March 23 at 12:38 a.m. in Cairo and charged with first-degree possession of a forged instrument, a class C felony. Bianchi was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Matthew Speenburg, 33, of Cairo, was arrested March 23 at 1:28 a.m. in Windham and charged with driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both class E felonies. Speenburg was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Counce Riley, 32, of New York City, was arrested March 23 at 9:46 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, both class A misdemeanors. Riley was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Patrick Seymour, 32, of Elizaville, was arrested March 24 at 3:54 a.m. in Durham and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class D felony, and second-degree menacing with a weapon and third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, both class A  misdemeanors. Seymour was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Ryan Montville, 38, of East Jewett, was arrested March 26 at 1 a.m. in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction, operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, all class E felonies. Montville was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Danielle Collier, 40, of Troy, was arrested March 26 at 10:27 p.m. in Cairo and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Collier was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Lisa Samsel, 53, of Stuyvesant, was arrested March 27 at 12:02 a.m. in Catskill and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors. Samsel was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Sergio Lemus, 30, of Saugerties, was arrested March 28 at 11:23 a.m. in Catskill and charged with forcible touching, a class A misdemeanor. Lemus was issued an appearance ticket.
