STATE POLICE
- Rita Jiang, 21, of College Point, was arrested March 16 at 7:17 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. Jiang was issued an appearance ticket.
- Nicholas Ryan, 25, of Cornwallville, was arrested March 17 at 12:57 a.m. in Durham and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Ryan was issued an appearance ticket.
- Kevin Scott Rotella, 31, of Phoenicia, was arrested March 17 at 2:02 a.m. in Hunter and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Rotella was issued an appearance ticket.
- Anastasia Rikard, 35, of Ravena, was arrested March 17 at 3:10 a.m. in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Rikard was issued an appearance ticket.
- An unidentified juvenile, 16, of Schenectady, was arrested March 17 at 9:46 a.m. in New Baltimore and charged with third-degree possession of stolen property, a class D felony. The individual was issued an appearance ticket to family court.
- Jeremy Rampersad, 23, of Schenectady, was arrested March 17 at 9:46 a.m. in New Baltimore and charged with third-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a class D felony, and third-degree unlawful fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle, acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17, and second-degree reckless endangerment, all class A misdemeanors. Rampersad was released on his own recognizance.
- James Carew, 30, of Freehold, was arrested March 17 at 10:36 p.m. in Durham and charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, a class A misdemeanor. Carew was issued an appearance ticket.
- James Carew, 30, of Freehold, was arrested March 18 at 1:49 a.m. in Durham and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Carew was issued an appearance ticket.
- Ginnie Craig, 50, of Palenville, was arrested March 18 at 11:53 p.m. in Cairo and charged with four counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors. Craig was issued an appearance ticket.
- Shannon Supernaw, 42, of Troy, was arrested March 18 at 11:36 p.m. in Cairo and charged with two counts of fifth-degree crimiFnal possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony, and one count of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. Supernaw was issued an appearance ticket.
- Ian Lynch, 33, of Cairo, was arrested March 19 at 2:10 p.m. in Cairo and charged with second-degree possession of a forged instrument, a class D felony, and displaying a forged certificate without inspection, an unclassified misdemeanor. Lynch’s arrest status was not reported.
- Glennis Haye, 49, of South Cairo, was arrested March 19 at 11:15 p.m. in Catskill and charged with second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both class A misdemeanors. Haye was issued an appearance ticket.
- Robert Simpson, 43, of South Cairo, was arrested March 19 at 11:15 p.m. in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors. Simpson was issued an appearance ticket.
- Steven Hines, 34, of Catskill, was arrested March 20 at 5:10 p.m. in Catskill and charged with second-degree burglary, a class C felony; third-degree burglary, a class D felony; petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor; and third-degree menacing, a class B misdemeanor. Bail was set at $2,500.
