STATE POLICE

  • Barry Craft, 62, of West Kill, was arrested March 1 at 11:21 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Craft was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Brian Ford, 58, of Round Top, was arrested March 2 at 7:25 a.m. in Cairo and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class D felony. Ford’s arrest status was not reported.
  • An unidentified juvenile, 18, of Albany, was arrested March 3 at 1:16 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. The individual was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Jeffrey Thomas, 51, of Durham, was arrested March 4 at 1:30 p.m. in Durham and charged with one count of third-degree larceny and four counts of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon with a previous conviction, both class D felonies; two counts of fourth-degree grand larceny, four counts of criminal possession of a firearm and one count of third-degree criminal mischief, all class E felonies; two counts of criminal possession of a weapon/felon, and two counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, both class A misdemeanors. Thomas was held with no bail.
  • Andre Fuller, 25, of Coxsackie, was arrested March 5 at 11 a.m. in Cairo and charged with first-degree knowingly making/possessing dangerous contraband in a prison, a class D felony. Fuller was held with no bail.
  • Terry Bilson, 21, of Coxsackie, was arrested March 5 at 11:41 a.m. in Coxsackie and charged with first-degree knowingly making/possessing dangerous contraband in a prison and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon with a previous conviction, both class D felonies. Bilson was held with no bail.
  • Jesse Luning, 44, of Catskill, was arrested March 5 at 4:33 p.m. in Catskill and charged with criminal contempt/violating an order of protection/physical contact, a class E felony. Bail was set at $1,500.
  • Justin Troust, 52, of Tannersville, was arrested March 6 at 12:18 a.m. in Hunter and charged with driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction, operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, all class E felonies. Troust’s arrest status was not reported.
  • Santos Pelico Acabal, 41, of Saugerties, was arrested March 6 at 4:48 a.m. in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction, aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content over 0.18%, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, all class E felonies, and use of a leased/rented/loaned vehicle not equipped with an interlock device, a class A misdemeanor. Acabal was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Jesse Luning, 44, of Catskill, was arrested March 5 at 5:33 p.m. in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia and two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, all class A misdemeanors. Luning was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Malinda Cassimore, 44, of South Cairo, was arrested March 6 at 2:56 p.m. in Athens and charged with petty larceny and identity theft, both class A misdemeanors. Cassimore was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Candace Larsen, 36, of Catskill, was arrested March 6 at 4:14 p.m. in Catskill and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class D felony; third-degree criminal mischief, a class E felony; and second-degree menacing and third-degree auto stripping, both class A misdemeanors. Larsen was released on her own recognizance.
  • Nathan Shook, 31, of Catskill, was arrested March 7 at 3:35 p.m. in Catskill and charged with second-degree criminal contempt/disobeying a court order, a class A misdemeanor. Shook was released on his own recognizance.
  • George Kern, 68, of Delmar, was arrested March 7 at 8:59 p.m. in Durham and charged with  second-degree criminal contempt/disobeying a court order, a class A misdemeanor. Kern was held with no bail.
