STATE POLICE
- Ephrim Nellquan Monroe, 21, of Staten Island, was arrested Feb. 17 at 12:36 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with two counts of second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. Monroe was issued an appearance ticket.
- Adam Bacon, 29, of Palenville, was arrested Feb. 18 at 10:26 p.m. in Catskill and charged with two counts of criminal contempt/disobeying a court order, both class A misdemeanors. Cash bail was set at $2,000.
- Ginnie Craig, 50, of Palenville, was arrested Feb. 18 at 10:25 p.m. in Catskill and charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, a class A misdemeanor. Craig was issued an appearance ticket.
- Max Grandstaff, 25, of Woodstock, was arrested Feb. 19 at 2:18 a.m. in Catskill and charged with third-degree unlawfully fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle, second-degree reckless endangerment, manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia, and three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, all class A misdemeanors. Grandstaff was issued an appearance ticket.
- Krystian Watek, 38, of Hunter, was arrested Feb. 19 at 3:04 p.m. in Hunter and charged with third-degree bail jumping, a class A misdemeanor. Watek’s arrest status was not reported.
- Joshua Weisinger, 41, of Catskill, was arrested Feb. 19 at 11:16 p.m. in Catskill and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony; tampering with physical evidence, a class E felony; and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia and manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia, all class A misdemeanors. Weisinger was held with no bail.
- Nicole Chenelle Madsen, 35, of Hillsdale, was arrested Feb. 20 at 1:17 a.m. in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Madsen was issued an appearance ticket.
- Kenneth Rossen, 60, of Round Lake, was arrested Feb. 21 at 11:11 p.m. in New Baltimore and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. Rossen was released on his own recognizance.
- Dylan Diottaviano, 24, of Catskill, was arrested Feb. 21 at 4:06 p.m. in Catskill and charged with criminal mischief with intent to damage property and criminal mischief: disabling equipment to prevent an emergency call, both class A misdemeanors. Diottaviano was released on his own recognizance.
- Hayley Jones, 24, of Catskill, was arrested Feb. 21 at 11:03 p.m. in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, driving while intoxicated and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, all unclassified misdemeanors. Jones was issued an appearance ticket.
- William Holdridge, 59, of Prattsville, was arrested Feb. 22 at 10:37 p.m. in Prattsville and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.8% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Holdridge was issued an appearance ticket.
- James Thomas Flynn, 56, of Hunter, was arrested Feb. 23 at 3:15 p.m. in Hunter and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a class E felony, and driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Flynn’s arrest status was not reported.
- Trevor Colin Way, 27, of Catskill, was arrested Feb. 23 at 10:11 p.m. in Athens and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Way’s arrest status was not reported.
