STATE POLICE
- Philip Beisel, 44, of Freehold, was arrested Jan. 20 at 1:32 a.m. in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content over 0.18%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Beisel was issued an appearance ticket.
- Daniel Cox, 62, of Cairo, was arrested Jan. 22 at 9:21 p.m. in Cairo and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alchol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Cox’s arrest status was not reported.
- Brian Schoepe, 55, of Prattsville, was arrested Jan. 22 at 10:44 p.m. in Windham and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Schoepe was released to a third party.
- Cadi Braddam, 32, of West Coxsackie, was arrested Jan. 24 at 1:02 a.m. in Coxsackie and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class D felony; second-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon/instrument, a class E attempted felony; criminal mischief with intent to damage property, a class A misdemeanor; and third-degree menacing, a class B attempted misdemeanor. Braddam’s arrest status was not reported.
- Zachary Davis, 34, of Freehold, was arrested Jan. 24 at 4:25 p.m. in Cairo and charged with third-degree grand larceny, a class D felony. Davis was released on his own recognizance.
- Robert Liebel, 38, of South Cairo, was arrested Jan. 25 at 1:07 p.m. in Catskill and charged with third-degree bail jumping, a class A misdemeanor. Liebel was held with no bail.
- Vincent Kelly, 29, of Cornwallville, was arrested Jan. 26 at 7:43 p.m. in Greenville and charged with third-degree bail jumping, a class A misdemeanor. Kelly was issued an appearance ticket.
- Johnathan Tysdal, 38, of Cairo, was arrested Jan. 27 at 1:13 a.m. in Cairo and charged with criminal mischief with intent to damage property, a class A misdemeanor. Tysdal was released on his own recognizance.
