STATE POLICE

  • Joshua Weisinger, 41, of Catskill, was arrested Jan. 6 at 8:44 a.m. in Coxsackie and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors. Weisinger was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Jeremiah Lee Weisinger, 44, of Acra, was arrested Jan. 6 at 8:12 a.m. in Coxsackie and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs with a prior conviction, a class E felony, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors. Weisinger’s arrest status was not reported.
  • Ashley Nicole Weeks, 28, of Orlando, Florida, was arrested Jan. 6 at 3 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. Weeks was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Alexis Teran-Ortiz, 22, of the Bronx, was arrested Jan. 7 at 2:10 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with two counts of second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. Teran-Ortiz was issued an appearance ticket.
  • David Myer, 43, of Coxsackie, was arrested Jan. 8 at 7:42 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, a class A misdemeanor. Myer’s arrest status was not reported.
  • Jasmine Parisi, 28, of Cairo, was arrested Jan. 9 at 7:53 p.m. in Cairo and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. Parisi was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Howard Slavin, 63, of Denver, NY, was arrested Jan. 9 at 8:54 a.m. in Jewett and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, a class A misdemeanor. Slavin was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Heather Hertica, 43, of Catskill, was arrested Jan. 9 at 10:14 p.m. in Catskill and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony; manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor; and operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. Hertica was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Sean Carney, 50, of Athens, was arrested Jan. 10 at 9:24 p.m. in Athens and charged with driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% with a prior conviction, both class E felonies. Carney was issued an appearance ticket.
  • William Andrews, 72, of State College, Pennsylvania, was arrested Jan. 12 at 9:47 p.m. in Athens and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Andrews’ arrest status was not reported.
