STATE POLICE

  • Christos Stavrou, 55, of Greenville, was arrested Dec. 1 at 8:24 p.m. in Greenville and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Stavrou was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Kevin Wojaczek, 27, of Hensonville, was arrested Dec. 1 at 10:27 p.m. in Windham and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Wojaczek was released to a third party.
  • Brittany Barizano, 28, of Wappingers Falls, was arrested Dec. 2 at 2:24 a.m. in Catskill and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Barizano was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Peter Tarallo, 26, of Cairo, was arrested Dec. 2 at 9:48 a.m. in Cairo and charged with third-degree criminal mischief/damaging another person’s property and aggravated family offense/more than one offense within five years, both class E felonies. Tarallo was released on his own recognizance.
  • Sean Mahoney, 36, of Johnstown, was arrested Dec. 2 at 7:19 p.m. in Prattsville and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Mahoney was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Dominick D’Angelica, 59, of New York City, was arrested Dec. 3 at 12:33 a.m. in Coxsackie and charged with driving while ability impaired/combination of drugs and/or alcohol, an unclassified misdemeanor. D’Angelica’s arrest status was not reported.
  • Zachary Chewins, 31, of Germantown, was arrested Dec. 3 at 2:51 a.m. in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Chewins was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Adrienne Jackson, 40, of Clifton Park, was arrested Dec. 3 at 11:26 a.m. in Coxsackie and charged with first-degree knowingly introducing dangerous contraband into a prison, a class D felony, and second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. Jackson was released on her own recognizance.
  • Selena Porter, 25, of Niagara Falls, was arrested Dec. 3 at 11:04 a.m. in Coxsackie and charged with first-degree knowingly introducing dangerous contraband into a prison, a class D felony. Porter was released on her own recognizance.
  • Joel Couvertier, 42, of Round Top, was arrested Dec. 3 at 7:50 p.m. in Cairo and charged with assault with intent to cause injury to an officer/fireman/EMT/nurse/crossing guard, a class D felony, and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and criminal possession of a weapon, both class A misdemeanors. Couvertier was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Li Binghui, 57, of Elmhurst, was arrested Dec. 4 at 11:20 a.m. in Catskill and charged with five counts of torturing or injuring animals/failure to provide sustenance, a class A misdemeanor. Bingui was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Daniel Givens, 36, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested Dec. 4 at 8:32 p.m. in Catskill and charged with two charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance/narcotic and two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance/narcotic drug with intent to sell, both class B felonies; one count of tampering with physical evidence, a class E felony; and two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. Givens was held with no bail.
  • Sergio Caridi, 58, of Catskill, was arrested Dec. 4 at 8:32 p.m. in Catskill and charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance/narcotic drug with intent to sell and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance/narcotic, both class B felonies; one count of tampering with physical evidence, a class E felony; and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. Caridi was released on his own recognizance.
  • Christian Markus, 31, of Schenectady, was arrested Dec. 4 at 10:47 p.m. in Colonie and charged with second-degree bail jumping, a class E felony. Markus was released on his own recognizance.
  • Patrick Gee, 49, of Cairo, was arrested Dec. 5 at 5:17 p.m. in Cairo and charged with second-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon, a class D felony, and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use, a class A misdemeanor. Gee was released on his own recognizance.
  • Jamie Rivera, of Martinsville, Virginia, was arrested Dec. 6 at 11:38 p.m. in Durham and charged with predatory sex assault against a child under 13, a class A felony, and first-degree course of sexual conduct/two or more acts against a child under 11, a class B felony. Rivera was held with no bail.
  • Lawrence Hamilton, 27, of Greenville, was arrested Dec. 6 at 7:32 p.m. in Greenville and charged with acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17, third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, and criminal mischief with intent to damage property, all class A misdemeanors. Hamilton was released on his own recognizance.
  • Darrell Parker, 36, of Napanoch, was arrested Dec. 7 at 3:35 p.m. in Cairo and charged with second-degree grand larceny, a class C felony. Parker was released on his own recognizance.
  • Conor McDonald, 27, of Coxsackie, was arrested Dec. 8 at 10:45 a.m. in Catskill and charged with third-degree grand larceny, a class D felony. McDonald was released on his own recognizance.
  • Joshua Hoovler, 30, of Leeds, was arrested Dec. 9 at 1:07 a.m. in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Hoovler was issued an appearance ticket.
