STATE POLICE

  • Carly Marie Frank, 29, of Johnstown, was arrested Nov. 26 at 2:15 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. Frank was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Paul Raymos, 40, of Rome, New York, was arrested Nov. 27 at 8:55 a.m. in Athens and charged with fifth-degree arson, a class A misdemeanor. Raymos was released on his own recognizance.
  • Travis Gordon Hunt, 33, of Albany, was arrested Nov. 27 at 8 p.m. in Westerlo and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Hunt was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Marell Walker, 36, of Coxsackie, was arrested Nov. 28 at 10:25 a.m. in Cairo and charged with first-degree knowingly making/possessing dangerous contraband in a prison, a class D felony. Walker was held with no bail.
  • Patricia Marie Burns, 45, of Hannacroix, was arrested Nov. 28 at 11:40 a.m. in New Baltimore and charged with criminal mischief with intent to damage property, a class A misdemeanor. Burns was released on her own recognizance.
  • Paul Graham, 52, of Palenville, was arrested Nov. 29 at 12:32 a.m. in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction within 10 years and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, both class E felonies, and use of a leased/rented/loaned vehicle not equipped with an interlock device and second-degree criminal contempt/disobeying a court order, both class A misdemeanors. Graham’s arrest status was not reported.
  • Donna Howell, 62, of Cornwallville, was arrested Nov. 29 at 12:26 a.m. in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Howell was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Edwin Diaz, 49, of Catskill, was arrested Nov. 29 at 2:18 a.m. in Catskill and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content over 0.18%, operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over .08%, and driving while intoxicated, all unclassified misdemeanors. Diaz’s arrest status was not reported.
  • Jimmy Limerick, 39, of Catskill, was arrested Nov. 30 at 12:30 a.m. in Cairo and charged with second-degree criminal contempt/disobeying a court order, a class A misdemeanor. Limerick was released on his own recognizance.
  • Ryan Sanchez, 26, of Catskill, was arrested Nov. 30 at 6:12 p.m. in Cairo and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors. Sanchez was issued an appearance ticket.
