STATE POLICE

  • Correy Correll, 44, of Latham, was arrested Nov. 14 at 1:44 p.m. and charged with second-degree criminal contempt/disobeying a court order, a class A misdemeanor. Correll’s arrest status was not reported.
  • Salvatore Joseph Delair, 20, of Catskill, was arrested Nov. 15 at 4:45 a.m. in Catskill and charged with criminal mischief with intent to damage property, a class A misdemeanor. Delair was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Shana Anise Dahl, 44, of Athens, was arrested Nov. 15 at 10:50 p.m. in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Dahl was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Joshua David Apjohn Jr., 19, of Greenville, was arrested Nov. 16 at 10 p.m. in Cairo and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a class E felony; acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17, second-degree reckless endangerment and third degree unlawfully fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle, all class A misdemeanors; and driving while intoxicated and reckless driving, both unclassified misdemeanors. Apjohn was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Nathaniel Picardi, 32, of Catskill, was arrested Nov. 16 at 9:23 p.m. in Schodack and charged with third-degree bail jumping, a class A misdemeanor. Picardi was held with no bail.
  • Ronald Lachance, 38, of Greenville, was arrested Nov. 17 at 7:09 p.m. in Greenville and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Lachance was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Christian Segarra, 25, of Middletown, was arrested Nov. 17 at 8:33 p.m. in Westerlo and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Segarra was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Hugh Haggerty, 61, of Round Top, was arrested Nov. 17 at 11:55 p.m. in Catskill and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class A misdemeanor, and driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor. Haggerty was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Kimberly Gibson, 27, of Castleton-on-Hudson, was arrested Nov. 17 at 11:58 p.m. in Catskill and charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a class E felony, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. Gibson’s arrest status was not reported.
  • Anthony Schultz, 67, of Catskill, was arrested Nov. 19 at 3:29 a.m. in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Schultz’s arrest status was not reported.
  • Colin Cash, 39, of Tannersville, was arrested Nov. 19 at 12:24 a.m. in Hunter and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, driving while intoxicated, and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content over 0.18%, all unclassified misdemeanors. Cash was issued an appearance ticket.
