STATE POLICE
- Johnny Boyd, 64, of Wichita, Kansas, was arrested Nov. 3 at 9:50 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Boyd’s arrest status was not reported.
- An unidentified 18-year-old, of Brooklyn, was arrested Nov. 4 at 7:25 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with two counts of second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. The individual’s arrest status was not reported.
- Alyssa Marie Marshall, 24, of Schenectady, was arrested Nov. 5 at 9:48 a.m. in Coxsackie and charged with first-degree knowingly introducing dangerous contraband into a prison and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both class D felonies. Marshall’s arrest status was not reported.
- Tanesha Johnson, 30, of Brooklyn, was arrested Nov. 5 at 10:25 a.m. in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree possession of contraband in a prison, a class A misdemeanor. Johnson was issued an appearance ticket.
- Jaida Acevedo, 23, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested Nov. 5 at 9:47 p.m. in Athens and charged with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. Acevedo was issued an appearance ticket.
- Krzysztof Kucharek, 61, of Staten Island, was arrested Nov. 5 at 10:12 p.m. in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction, a class E felony. Kucharek was released to a third party.
- Guy Kabessa, 31, of Hensonville, was arrested Nov. 6 at 2:12 a.m. in Windham and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Kabessa was issued an appearance ticket.
- Zeke Daggett, 26, of Coeymans Hollow, was arrested Nov. 6 at 5:35 p.m. in Cairo and charged with acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17 and first-degree unlawful dealing with a child/alcohol, both class A misdemeanors. Daggett was issued an appearance ticket.
- Brian Marcelo Mejicano, 22, of Round Top, was arrested Nov. 7 at 11:01 a.m. in Cairo and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Mejicano was issued an appearance ticket.
- Joshua David Apjohn, 19, of Greenville, was arrested Nov. 7 at 11:40 p.m. in Cairo and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a class E felony, and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, all unclassified misdemeanors. Apjohn was issued an appearance ticket.
- Casey Smith, 32, of Kingston, was arrested Nov. 9 at 5:34 p.m. in Cairo and charged with second-degree criminal contempt/disobeying a court order, a class A misdemeanor. Smith was released on their own recognizance.
- An unidentified 17-year-old juvenile, of Hannacroix, was arrested Nov. 9 at 12:09 p.m. in New Baltimore and charged with criminal mischief with intent to damage property, criminal mischief/disable equipment to prevent an emergency call, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use and second-degree menacing/weapon, all class A misdemeanors. The individual was issued a family court appearance ticket.
- Samantha Utter, 27, of Cornwallville, was arrested Nov. 9 at 11:34 p.m. in Durham and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Utter was issued an appearance ticket.
- Rita Meguin, 45, of Preston Hollow, was arrested Nov. 9 at 11:12 p.m. in Durham and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. Meguin was issued an appearance ticket.
- Adam Bacon, 28, of Palenville, was arrested Nov. 11 at 1:40 p.m. in Catskill and charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, a class A misdemeanor. Bacon was released on his own recognizance.
- Jennifer Marie Lehmann, 36, of Catskill, was arrested Nov. 12 at 11:46 p.m. in Albany and charged with third-degree bail jumping, a class A misdemeanor. Lehmann was held with no bail.
- An unidentified 18-year-old juvenile, of Schenectady, was arrested Nov. 12 at 2:03 p.m in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, resisting arrest and second-degree criminal impersonation, all class A misdemeanors. The individual was issued an appearance ticket.
