STATE POLICE
- Umran Haider, 32, of Pine Bush, was arrested Sept. 22 at 11:17 p.m. in Cairo and charged with second-degree criminal impersonation, a class A misdemeanor. Haider was issued an appearance ticket.
- Robert Colangelo, 53, of Watertown, Connecticut, was arrested Sept. 22 at 11:38 p.m. in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Colangelo’s arrest status was not reported.
- Nuno Oliveira, 48, of Eatontown, New Jersey, was arrested Sept. 23 at 1:50 a.m. in Tannersville and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Oliveira was issued an appearance ticket.
- Shelica Hasty, 39, of Sicklerville, New Jersey, was arrested Sept. 23 at 5:30 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with first-degree knowingly introducing dangerous contraband into a prison and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both class D felonies, and second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor.
- Kevin Hasbrouck, 46, of Climax, was arrested Sept. 24 at 2:06 a.m. in Athens and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction within 10 years, operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% with a prior conviction within 10 years and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content over 0.18% with a prior conviction within 10 years, all class E felonies, and using a leased/rented/loaned vehicle not equipped with an interlock device, a class A misdemeanor. Hasbrouck was issued an appearance ticket.
- Justus Davender, 28, of Riverhead, was arrested Sept. 24 at 2:33 a.m. in Hunter and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. Davender was issued an appearance ticket.
- Edward Ryan Smith, 21, of Yaphank, was arrested Sept. 24 at 2:33 a.m. in Hunter and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. Smith was issued an appearance ticket.
- Donavon Law, 20, of Palenville, was arrested Sept. 24 at 9:56 p.m. in Catskill and charged with second-degree menacing/weapon and second-degree criminal contempt/disobeying a court order, both class A misdemeanors. Law’s arrest status was not reported.
- Kieran Powers, 31, of Jewett, was arrested Sept. 24 at 6:40 p.m. in Jewett and charged with criminal mischief with intent to damage property, a class A misdemeanor. Powers was issued an appearance ticket.
- Michael Oquendo, 26, of Leeds, was arrested Sept. 25 at 2:27 p.m. in Cairo and charged with third-degree bail jumping, a class A misdemeanor. Oquendo was issued bail in an undisclosed amount.
- Jeremiah Simpson, 45, of Cairo, was arrested Sept. 25 at 5:37 p.m. in Cairo and charged with third-degree menacing, a class B misdemeanor. Simpson was issued an appearance ticket.
- John Becker, 35, of Cairo, was arrested Sept. 27 at 11:54 p.m. in Durham and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Becker was issued an appearance ticket.
- Brian Gammons, 37, of Catskill, was arrested Sept. 28 at 10 a.m. in Catskill and charged with second-degree criminal trespassing, a class A misdemeanor. Gammons was released on his own recognizance.
- Jason Goff, 52, of Preston Hollow, was arrested Sept. 29 at 1:24 a.m. in Cairo and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Goff was issued an appearance ticket.
