STATE POLICE

  • Alex Raheim Patterson, 22, of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, was arrested Aug. 26 at 1:45
    p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with two counts of second-degree introducing
    contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. Patterson was issued an
    appearance ticket.
  • Jacqueline Banks, 41, of Catskill, was arrested Aug. 26 at 8:56 p.m. in Catskill and
    charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, a class
    A misdemeanor. Banks’ arrest status was not reported.
  • Shaquey McMoore, 35, of Catskill, was arrested Aug. 27 at 7:56 p.m. in Catskill and
    charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, a class
    A misdemeanor. McMoore was released on their own recognizance.
  • Joseph Briggs, 44, of Hensonville, was arrested Aug. 28 at 12:49 a.m. in Durham and
    charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and driving
    while intoxicated with a previous conviction, both class E felonies, and using
    a leased/rented/loaned vehicle not equipped with an interlock device, a class A
    misdemeanor. Briggs was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Heather Lynn Billingsley, 53, of Cairo, was arrested Aug. 28 at 2:46 a.m. in Cairo and
    charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a
    class D felony, and manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia, a class A
    misdemeanor. Billingsley was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Sunshine Owen, 37, of Red Hook, was arrested Aug. 29 at 2:50 p.m. in Catskill and
    charged with falsely reporting to law enforcement an incident that did not occur,
    a class A misdemeanor. Owen was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Semis Kokonis, 72, of Cairo, was arrested Aug. 29 at 2:40 p.m. in Cairo and charged
    with fourth-degree grand larceny, a class E felony. Kokonis was issued an
    appearance ticket.
  • Linda Thach, 43, of Pinellas Park, Florida, was arrested Aug. 29 at 8:16 p.m. in
    Athens and charged with third-degree unlawful fleeing a police officer in a
    motor vehicle and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration,
    both class A misdemeanors, and driving while intoxicated, an unclassified
    misdemeanor. Thach was issued an appearance ticket.
  • David Wells, 59, of Earlton, was arrested Aug. 30 at 2:54 a.m. in Coxsackie and
    charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and
    seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both class A
    misdemeanors. Wells was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Tina Sisson, 57, of Westerlo, was arrested Aug. 30 at 1:48 p.m. in Westerlo and
    charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. Sisson’s arrest status was
    not reported.
  • Barbara Stapleton, 65, of Rhinebeck, was arrested Aug. 31 at 3:22 a.m. in Catskill and
    charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a
    blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Stapleton was
    issued an appearance ticket.
  • Robert Lang, 61, of West Shokan, was arrested Aug. 31 at 3:45 a.m. in Catskill and
    charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor. Lang was
    issued an appearance ticket.
  • Gio Mariah, 29, of East Durham, was arrested Aug. 31 at 9:37 a.m. and charged with
    second-degree burglary, a class C felony. Mariah’s arrest status was not
    reported.
  • Anthony Torres, 24, of Scranton, Pennsylvania, was arrested Sept. 1 at 1:57 a.m. in
    Cairo and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a
    class E felony, and operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, an
    unclassified misdemeanor. Torres was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Ian Shaham, 30, of Catskill, was arrested Sept. 1 at 5 p.m. in Catskill and charged
    with first-degree menacing, a class E felony, and second-degree menacing with a
    weapon, a class A misdemeanor. Shaham was released on his own recognizance.
  • Anthony Palmucci, 29, of Kingston, was arrested Sept. 1 at 8:12 a.m. in Cairo and
    charged with second-degree bail jumping, a class E felony. Palmucci was held
    with no bail.
  • Michael Monaco, 55, of Bethpage, was arrested Sept. 1 at 8:53 p.m. in Catskill and
    charged with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, an unclassified
    misdemeanor. Monaco was released to a third party.
  • Stephanie Alerte, 35, of Deer Park, was arrested Sept. 2 at 5:45 p.m. in Coxsackie and
    charged with second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A
    misdemeanor. Alerte was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Sarah Perry, 23, of Catskill, was arrested Sept. 3 at 12:04 a.m. in Catskill and
    charged with second-degree criminal contempt/disobeying a court order, a class
    A misdemeanor. Perry was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Candice Bartels, 43, of Coxsackie, was arrested Sept. 2 at 11:32 p.m. in Coxsackie and
    charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a
    blood-alchol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Bartels was
    issued an appearance ticket.
  • Joseph Lubitz, 31, of Hudson, was arrested Sept. 3 at 2:59 a.m. in Catskill and
    charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a
    class A misdemeanor, and driving while intoxicated and operating a motor
    vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified
    misdemeanors. Lubitz was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Demar Neal, 37, of Catskill, was arrested Sept. 3 at 4:35 a.m. in Catskill and
    charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, a class
    A misdemeanor. Neal was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Courtney Marie Cochrane, 34, of Catskill, was arrested Sept. 3 at 4:27 a.m. in Catskill
    and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a
    class B felony, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled
    substance, a class A misdemeanor. Cochrane was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Rebecca Rhinehardt, 34, of Averill Park, was arrested Sept. 3 at 11:15 a.m. in
    Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introducing contraband into a prison,
    a class A misdemeanor. Rhinehardt was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Shiness Davy, 20, of Catskill, was arrested Sept. 3 at 7:45 p.m. in Catskill and
    charged with two counts of second-degree assault with intent to cause physical
    injury with a weapon/instrument. Davy was issued cash bail in an undisclosed
    amount.
