STATE POLICE

  • Sean Perry, 39, of East Bridgewater, Massachusetts, was arrested Aug. 18 at 9:41 a.m. in Coxsackie and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Perry was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Ryan Smith, 29, of Palenville, was arrested Aug. 18 at 8:24 p.m. in Catskill and charged with two counts of second-degree menacing with a weapon, a class A misdemeanor. Smith was released on his own recognizance.
  • Miguel Angel Colon, 54, of Coeymans, was arrested Aug. 19 at 2:06 a.m. in New Baltimore and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Colon was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Siobhan Marguerite Scanlan, 61, of West Shokan, was arrested Aug. 19 at 10:51 p.m. in Durham and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Scanlan was released to a third party.
  • An unidentified 18-year-old, of Albany, was arrested Aug. 20 at 3:08 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with first-degree knowingly introducing dangerous contraband into a prison and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, both class D felonies, and three counts of second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. The individual was released on their own recognizance.
  • Scott James Herzog, 36, of Altamont, was arrested Aug. 20 at 8:04 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with two counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated with a passenger less than 16, a class E felony, and one count of driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor. Herzog was released to a third party.
  • Carlos Edmond, 32, of Albany, was arrested Aug. 21 at 1:11 p.m. in Cairo and charged with second-degree possession of a forged instrument, a class D felony, and petty larceny and second-degree criminal impersonation, both class A misdemeanors. Edmond was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Chase Halse, 31, of Catskill, was arrested Aug. 21 at 8:58 p.m. in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. Halse was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Marco Benavides Guiracocha, 51, of the Bronx, was arrested Aug. 23 at 1:38 a.m. in Cairo and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content over 0.18% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Guiracocha was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Jason Shultis, 41, of Saugerties, was arrested Aug. 23 at 5:28 p.m. in New Baltimore and charged with third-degree burglary, a class D felony, and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a class A  misdemeanor. Shultis was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Kirk Shultis, 34, of Saugerties, was arrested Aug. 23 at 5:28 p.m. in New Baltimore and charged with third-degree burglary, a class D felony, and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a class A misdemeanor. Shultis was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Brandy Mann, 42, of East Durham, was arrested Aug. 25 at 8:50 p.m. in Durham and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a narcotic drug, a class C felony, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, both class A misdemeanors. Mann was held with no bail.
  • Alicia Planthaber, 39, of Cairo, was arrested Aug. 25 at 9:55 p.m. in Durham and charged with manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both class A misdemeanors. Planthaber was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Kaleb Karle, 20, of Cairo, was arrested Aug. 25 at 9:12 p.m. in Cairo and charged with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. Karle’s arrest status was not reported.
  • Brecon Cole, 53, of Unionville, Connecticut, was arrested Aug. 26 at 12:11 a.m. in Catskill and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content over 0.18%, operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, and driving while intoxicated, all unclassified misdemeanors. Cole’s arrest status was not reported.
