STATE POLICE

  • Reagan Radigan, 20, of New York City, was arrested Aug. 5 at 1:01 p.m. in Hunter and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony. Radigan was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Terrie Palmer, 58, of Schenectady, was arrested Aug. 5 at 12:32 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. Palmer was issued an appearance ticket.
  • An unidentified 18-year-old, of Elmsford, was arrested Aug. 5 at 7:45 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. The individual was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Daniel Pilatich, 25, of West Coxsackie, was arrested Aug. 6 at 2:50 a.m. in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Pilatich was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Mark Darling, 62, of East Durham, was arrested Aug. 8 at 9:46 a.m. in Durham and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. Darling was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Jodi Carey, 46, of Tannersville, was arrested Aug. 8 at 12 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. Carey was released on their own recognizance.
  • Mark Misuraca, 65, of Coxsackie, was arrested Aug. 8 at 8:33 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, a class A misdemeanor. Misuraca was released on his own recognizance.
  • Thomas Schuler, 62, of Greenville, was arrested Aug. 8 at 8:26 p.m. in Greenville and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors. Schuler was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Nadine Vaughn, 54, of Acra, was arrested Aug. 9 at 10:18 a.m. in Cairo and charged with criminal mischief with intent to damage property, a class A misdemeanor. Vaughn was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Johnnie Ruggero, 25, of Cornwallville, was arrested Aug. 9 at 8:16 p.m. in Durham and charged with criminal mischief with intent to damage property, a class A misdemeanor. Ruggero was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Brandon Scott McManus, 28, of East Nassau, was arrested Aug. 9 at 11:06 p.m. in Catskill and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class B felony, and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, a class A misdemeanor. McManus was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Donel Johnson, 57, of Catskill, was arrested Aug. 9 at 10:31 p.m. in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Johnson’s arrest status was not reported.
  • David Smeraglino, 44, of Ansonia, Connecticut, was arrested Aug. 10 at 11:31 p.m. in Durham and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Smeraglino was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Aaron Waters, 56, of Catskill, was arrested Aug. 11 at 12:08 a.m. in Athens and charged with criminal possession of a firearm, a class E felony. Waters was released on his own recognizance.
