STATE POLICE
- Anthony Knox, 48, of Rensselaer, was arrested March 29 at 3:39 a.m. in Athens and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Knox was issued an appearance ticket.
- Danielle Wyant, 38, of Germantown, was arrested March 29 at 5 p.m. in Cairo and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. Wyant was issued an appearance ticket.
- Joseph Oscar Gonzalez, 29, of Catskill, was arrested March 30 at 5:31 a.m. in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Gonzalez was issued an appearance ticket.
- An unidentified 18-year-old, of Far Rockaway, was arrested March 30 at 1:33 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with one count of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, a class B felony; two counts of first-degree knowingly introducing dangerous contraband into a prison, a class D felony; and two counts of second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. The individual was released on their own recognizance.
- Dana Workman, 37, of West Coxsackie, was arrested March 31 at 1:55 p.m. in Cairo and charged with third-degree grand larceny, a class D felony. Workman was transported to central arraignment.
- Nicholas Houran, 37, of Cambridge, was arrested March 31 at 10:05 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with tampering with physical evidence, a class E felony; seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. Houran’s arrest status was not reported.
- Andrew Phillip Robinson, 32, of Catskill, was arrested March 31 at 10:55 p.m. in Greenville and charged with two counts of second-degree bail jumping, a class E felony, and two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, one count of manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia, one count of third-degree bail jumping, and one count of second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, all class A misdemeanors. Robinson was issued cash bail in an undisclosed amount.
- Jerred Brian Wilson, 32, of Freehold, was arrested April 1 at 2:48 p.m. in Greenville and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor. Wilson was issued an appearance ticket.
- Heidi Albright, 46, of Purling, was arrested April 1 at 3:10 p.m. in Cairo and charged with driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction, aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content over 0.18% with a prior conviction, and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% with a prior conviction, all class E felonies, and circumventing an interlock device, a class A misdemeanor. Albright was released on her own recognizance.
- Corey Mergendahl, 56, of Climax, was arrested April 2 at 10:06 p.m. in Greenville and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Mergendahl was issued an appearance ticket.
