STATE POLICE

  • Barbara Gardner, 58, of Leeds, was arrested March 7 at 9:59 p.m. in Catskill and charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and unlawful fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle, both class A misdemeanors, and driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and reckless driving, all unclassified misdemeanors. Gardner was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Jimmy Caltabiano, 54, of Greenville, was arrested March 8 at 1:27 a.m. in Ulster and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Caltabiano was released to a third party.
  • Jason Barrett, 38, of Lanesville, was arrested March 8 at 4:33 a.m. in Hunter and charged with third-degree assault/recklessly causing physical injury, second-degree unlawful imprisonment and criminal mischief/disabling equipment to prevent an emergency call, all class A misdemeanors. Barrett’s arrest status was not reported.
  • Matthew Conetta, 29, of Westbury, was arrested March 8 at 8:25 p.m. in Tannersville and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Conetta was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Gregory Thibert, 33, of Coxsackie, was arrested March 9 at 9:49 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor. Thibert’s arrest status was not reported.
  • Patrick VanValkenburg, 44, of Athens, was arrested March 10 at 6:30 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury and criminal mischief with intent to damage property, both class A misdemeanors. VanValkenburg was released on his own recognizance.
  • Bradlee Snyder, 40, of Catskill, was arrested March 10 at 8:27 p.m. in Catskill and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony, and two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. Snyder was released on his own recognizance.
  • Steven Fritschler, 49, of Saugerties, was arrested March 10 at 11 p.m. in Catskill and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor. Fritschler’s arrest status was not reported.
  • Michael Dauphin, 31, of Elka Park, was arrested March 11 at 1:06 a.m. in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. Dauphin was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Frank Smith, 49, of Hunter, was arrested March 11 at 1 a.m. in Catskill and charged with one count of manufacture of drug-related parapernalia, a class A misdemeanor; two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and one count of operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanors. Smith was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Ryan Hamsher, 41, of Peekskill, was arrested March 1 at 10:10 a.m. in Catskill and charged with reckless driving, an unclassified misdemeanor. Hamsher was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Logan Ryan Tooley-John, 25, of Earlton, was arrested March 11 at 7:51 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content over 0.18%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Tooley-John was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Blake Rivera, 40, of Kingston, was arrested March 11 at 9:36 p.m. in Catskill and charged with one count of fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class C felony, and one count of second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia and two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both class A misdemeanors. Rivera was taken to central arraignment.
  • Toni Wells, 48, of Coeymans, was arrested March 13 at 4:44 p.m. in New Baltimore and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle/permanent revocation, a class E felony, and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content over 0.18%, driving while intoxicated, and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, all unclassified misdemeanors. Wells was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Steven Hanna-Colburn, 36, of Hannacroix, was arrested March 13 at 11:34 p.m. in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Hanna-Colburn was released to a third party.
  • Fidencio De Paz Rosales, 31, of Acra, was arrested March 14 at 2:07 a.m. in Cairo and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a class E felony, and driving while intoxicated and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, both unclassified misdemeanors. Rosales was released on his own recognizance.
