STATE POLICE
- Jason Edmonds, 27, of Catskill, was arrested Feb. 28 at 8:59 p.m. in Catskill and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a narcotic drug, a class C felony, and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor. Edmonds was released on his own recognizance.
- Faith Jessica Lindig, 22, of Catskill, was arrested March 1 at 2:30 a.m. in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Lindig was issued an appearance ticket.
- Scot Lion McCoy, 26, of Nobelsville, Indiana, was arrested March 2 at 12:13 a.m. in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanors. McCoy was issued an appearance ticket.
- Alexander Smith, 33, of Watertown, Connecticut, was arrested March 2 at 12:33 a.m. in Hunter and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content over 0.18%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Smith was issued an appearance ticket.
- Sara Leppig, 41, of East Durham, was arrested March 3 at 3:17 p.m. in Catskill and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors. Leppig was issued an appearance ticket.
- Michael Dauphin, 31, of Elka Park, was arrested March 3 at 2:54 p.m. in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia, third-degree unlawful fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle, resisting arrest, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, all class A misdemeanors; and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operating of a motor vehicle and reckless driving, both unclassified misdemeanors. Dauphin was issued an appearance ticket.
- Deana Brown, 26, of Catskill, was arrested March 4 at 6:51 p.m. in Athens and charged with acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17, a class A misdemeanor. Brown’s arrest status was not reported.
- Joshua Weisinger, 42, of Catskill, was arrested March 4 at 4:16 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with first-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A felony; third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance/narcotic drug with intent to sell, a class B felony; and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. Weisinger was transported to central arraignment.
- Wilfredo Pinet, 40, of Cairo, was arrested March 4 at 4:16 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with first-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A felony, and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance/narcotic drug with intent to sell, a class B felony. Pinet was transported to central arraignment.
- Mark Deso, 32, of Hannacroix, was arrested March 4 at 7:31 p.m. in Greenville and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a class E felony. Deso’s arrest status was not reported.
- Thomas Schuler, 64, of Greenville, was arrested March 4 at 10:37 p.m. in Greenville and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, and second-degree aggravated unlicensed oepration of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor. Schuler’s arrest status was not reported.
- Patricia Boyle, 58, of Greenville, was arrested March 5 at 10:53 p.m. in Greenville and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Boyle was released to a third party.
- Peter Lentz, 42, of Catskill, was arrested March 6, at 12:53 p.m. in Cairo and charged with possessing a sexual performance by a child under 16, a class E felony. Lentz’s arrest status was not reported.
- Brian Gannon, 65, of Milford, Connecticut, was arrested March 6 at 8:52 a.m. in Cairo and charged with third-degree grand larceny, a class D felony. Gannon was released on his own recognizance.
