STATE POLICE

  •  Jason Legg, 38, of East Durham, was arrested Feb. 14 at 1:10 p.m. in Durham and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon with a previous conviction, a class D felony, and criminal mischief/disabling equipment to prevent an emergency call, criminal mischief/reckless property damage, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, all class A misdemeanors. Legg was released on his own recognizance.
  • Eric Detlefsen, 64, of Hannacroix, was arrested Feb. 14 at 10:17 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Detlefsen was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Terence Michael McCann, 48, of Red Hook, was arrested Feb. 14 at 11:55 p.m. in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor. McCann was released on his own recognizance.
  • India Byrd, 40, of Albany, was arrested Feb. 16 at 12:35 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. Byrd was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Robert Cooper, 35, of Catskill, was arrested Feb. 16 at 8:38 p.m. in Catskill and charged with criminal mischief with intent to damage property, a class A misdemeanor. Cooper was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Scott Lenahan, 41, of Catskill, was arrested Feb. 17 at 3:10 p.m. in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. Lenahan was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Sydney Montana-Helen Howard, 20, of Catskill, was arrested Feb. 17 at 7:56 p.m. in Athens and charged with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. Howard’s arrest status was not reported.
  • Angelo Paradiso, 31, of Palenville, was arrested Feb. 19 at 12:13 a.m. in Catskill and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs with a prior conviction and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, both class E felonies, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and circumventing an interlock device subject to court order, both class A misdemeanors. Paradiso’s arrest status was not reported.
  • Dana Higginbotham, 37, of Troy, was arrested Feb. 19 at 4:50 p.m. in Coeymans and charged with second-degree bail jumping, a class E felony. Higginbotham was issued cash bail in an undisclosed amount.
  • Kenneth Gorman, 40, of Hudson, was arrested Feb. 20 at 1:04 a.m. in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% with a prior conviction and driving while intoxicated with a prior conviction, both class E felonies. Gorman was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Nicole Fetters, 52, of Hudson, was arrested Feb. 20 at 3:45 a.m. in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors, and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor. Fetters was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Shane Manning, 37, of South Cairo, was arrested Feb. 20 at 10:36 p.m. in Cairo and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Manning was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Anthony Gresch, 42, of Catskill, was arrested Feb. 21 at 3:13 a.m. in Catskill and charged with two counts of criminal mischief with intent to damage property, a class A misdemeanor. Gresch was released on his own recognizance.
  • Martin Clark Yost, 61, of Catskill, was arrested Feb. 21 at 9:13 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Yost was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Jessica Lorraine Carman, 32, of Gilboa, was arrested Feb. 22 at 2:09 a.m. in Ashland and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Carman was released to a third party.
