STATE POLICE

  • Virginia Sheckler, 50, of Leeds, was arrested Feb. 6 at 6:36 p.m. in Cairo and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor. Sheckler was issued an appearance ticket.
  • An unidentified juvenile, 17, of Greenville, was arrested Feb. 7 at 11:41 a.m. in Greenville and charged with third-degree criminal mischief/damaging another person’s property, a class E felony. The individual was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Jason Francese, 50, of Athens, was arrested Feb. 7 at 11:38 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Francese was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Celine Rodriguez, 24, of the Bronx, was arrested Feb. 8 at 11:31 a.m. in Coxsackie and charged with two counts of second-degree introducing contraband into a prison, a class A misdemeanor. Rodriguez was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Holly Lawrence, 40, of Albany, was arrested Feb. 9 at 9:10 a.m. in New Baltimore and charged with tampering with physical evidence, a class E felony, and manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia and two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both class A misdemeanors. Lawrence was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Azaria Barnett, 27, of Freehold, was arrested Feb. 9 at 5:13 p.m. in Catskill and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. Barnett was transported to central arraignment.
  • Brianna Giammancoesposito, 27, of Catskill, was arrested Feb. 11 at 10:16 a.m. in Cairo and charged with acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17, a class A misdemeanor. Giammancoesposito was issued an appearance ticket.
  • April Tompkins, 34, of Coxsackie, was arrested Feb. 13 at 8:27 p.m. in Coxsackie and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. Tompkins was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Kylie Hoyt, 20, of Ulster Park, was arrested Feb. 13 at 9:54 p.m. in Hunter and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Hoyt was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Edwin Calderon Amaya, 32, of Brooklyn, was arrested Feb. 13 at 11:33 p.m. in Catskill and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content over 0.18% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Amaya’s arrest status was not reported.
