STATE POLICE

  • Jonathan David Nemeth, 21, of Cairo, was arrested Jan. 31 at 9:39 p.m. in Cairo and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Nemeth was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Cathryn Oleveri, 27, of Hudson, was arrested Feb. 1 at 2:09 a.m. in Catskill and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony; aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content over 0.18% and driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction, both class E felonies; and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. Oleveri was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Joseph Reed, 51, of Greenville, was arrested Feb. 1 at 9:16 p.m. in Greenville and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. Reed was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Robert Manzo, 59, of Port Jefferson Station, was arrested Feb. 2 at 1:38 a.m. in Hunter and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Manzo was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Logan Tobias Cesternino, 26, of Middleburgh, was arrested Feb. 3 at 9:09 a.m. in Cairo and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor. Cesternino was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Bryon Salerno, 47, of Germantown, was arrested Feb. 3 at 10:50 a.m. in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors, and false personation, a class B misdemeanor. Salerno was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Matthew Elsbree, 27, of Catskill, was arrested Feb. 3 at 6:09 p.m. in Catskill and charged with criminal mischief with intent to damage property, a class A misdemeanor. Elsbree was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Lahquan Palmer, 30, of Coxsackie, was arrested Feb. 4 at 10:23 a.m. in Cairo and charged with first-degree knowingly introducing dangerous contraband into a prison, a class D felony. Palmer’s arrest status was not reported.
  • Scott Kenneth Lawson, 21, of Leeds, was arrested Feb. 4 at 5:23 p.m. in Cairo and charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury. Lawson was released on his own recognizance.
