STATE POLICE

  • Nicholas Sitcer, 44, of Jefferson, New York, was arrested Jan. 24 at 9:10 p.m. in Durham and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Sitcer was released to a third party.
  • Anthony Schaffer, 39, of Hannacroix, was arrested Jan. 25 at 12:18 p.m. in New Baltimore and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, a class A misdemeanor, and third-degree menacing, a class B misdemeanor. Schaffer was released on his own recognizance.
  •  Marta Dudyan, 30, of Fairfield, Connecticut, was arrested Jan. 25 at 10:02 p.m. in Tannersville and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Dudyan was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Erik Burgard-Canter, 30, of Hatboro, Pennsylvania, was arrested Jan. 25 at 10:20 p.m. in Windham and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. Burgard-Canter was released to a third party.
  • James Mann, 58, of Catskill, was arrested Jan. 26 at 12:52 a.m. in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Mann was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Matthew Levine, 44, of Catskill, was arrested Jan. 26 at 6:12 p.m. in Catskill and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony. Levine was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Travis Wilson, 23, of Freehold, was arrested Jan. 28 at 10:03 p.m. in Greenville and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08%, both unclassified misdemeanors. Wilson was issued an appearance ticket.
  • David Dacey, 42, of Kerhonkson, was arrested Jan. 29 at 1:24 a.m. in Catskill and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance/hallucinogen, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, and manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia, all class A misdemeanors. Dacey was held with no bail.
  • Adam Smith, 29, of Freehold, was arrested Jan. 29 at 8:35 p.m. in Greenville and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon with a previous conviction and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance/cocaine, both class D felonies, and manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor. Smith was released on his own recognizance.
  • Andrew Phillip Robinson, 32, of Catskill, was arrested Jan. 29 at 8:14 p.m. in Greenville and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, all class A misdemeanors. Robinson was released on his own recognizance.
  • Jesse Angelino, 38, of South Cairo, was arrested Jan. 30 at 7:15 p.m. in Saugerties and charged with prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage, a class A misdemeanor. Angelino was issued an appearance ticket.
  • Sixto DeJesus, 42, of Coxsackie, was arrested Jan. 31 at 12:08 a.m. in Coxsackie and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content over 0.08% and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. DeJesus was issued an appearance ticket.
