  • Cairo resident Daniel Ott graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Arabic Language and Culture from Pennsylvania Western University in May.
  • Greenville residents Laila Overbaugh and Nicholas Lucci were named this year’s Key Award winners at Elmira College; recipients receive an $88,000 scholarship over a four-year period upon enrollment.
