COEYMANS HOLLOW —The Coeymans Hollow Volunteer Fire Corporation held its first annual Steak Bake last Saturday and the event was a sell-out, according to fire officials.

“We would like to extend our appreciation to the public who showed up to purchase a very delicious dinner,” fire corporation officials said in a statement.

The group thanked its members who organized, cooked and worked the day of the take-out meal.

“Everyone worked very hard in the heat of the day to help pull off our first Steak Bake,” according to the group.

Members Matt Mortefolio and Mary Ann Dennis were instrumental in putting together the fundraiser event.

Organizers also thanked Stanton’s Feura Farm and Shop ‘n’ Save of Ravena for their donations to make the Steak Bake a success.
